The experience is for people who want to travel to Baja California to "Sip" wine in Mexico's premier wine country while also having an opportunity to "serve" the local community. This experience includes an overnight stay (double or single occupancy available) at a local hotel in the Valle, tastings at three wineries, and lunch. Dinner recommendations will be provided for dinner on your own.
The adventure will start early by caravanning from San Diego via automobile to Tecate, B.C. Once we cross into Mexico, we will travel to the Valle de Guadalupe and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while wine and food tasting. The ¨Serve¨ portion of this adventure will be delivering food and other needed essentials to people in need in the surrounding community. A list of needed items will be given to you ahead of time if you wish to donate. Time permitting, we will make a special stop at a local bakery known for its whole grain and traditional baked goods before heading back across the border. For an additional fee, transportation can be provided if you prefer not to drive your own vehicle.
